Alpine Adventure Walks offer organised and self guided walking holidays in the north of Italy and Switzerland. Our excursions cover some of the most beautiful and interesting itineraries in the heart of the Alps. Starting in lush valleys, we pass through tiny hamlets lost in time and proceed along ancient paths leading to spectacular views of the surrounding mountain range. The Italian / Swiss Alps with their crystal clear lakes and snowy peaks provide an ideal backdrop for an unforgettable holiday.
Alpine Adventure Walks focus particularly on customer satisfaction, which is why catering for small groups (max. 8 people) they can ensure a high level of personal service.
Our itineraries cover varying types of terrain and considering the mountain environment always include ascents of varying degrees. Following woodland trails which open onto lush green pastures you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the surrounding snow-peaked mountains; traverse sleepy hamlets and cross mountain streams which flow into spectacular waterfalls.
Experience a great sense of peace and freedom in these unforgettable surroundings. Some of the walks will take you to heights of almost 3000m above sea level, all on well signposted paths and in complete safety.
You will be accompanied by your hosts who have vast experience of the area and who transmit their enthusiasm while illustrating the interesting features en route. They have a great passion for walking and what could be better than living in this wonderful area of the Alps with its’ infinite choice of itineraries to satisfy even the most demanding walker.
Since moving here from England in 1982, their experience in trekking allows them to offer their visitors the most suitable walks so that they can fully appreciate every aspect of their holiday.
