How To Book

In order to book your holiday with Alpine Adventure Walks, please consult our Dates and Prices After choosing your holiday dates, please take the following steps:

Fill out our Online Provisional Booking Form, or contact us with your enquiry. If you are happy for us to phone you please let us know your phone no. and the most convenient time to call.

We will inform you regarding availability and make a provisional booking which we will hold for 10 days while you make travel arrangements.

Once you have booked your flights and made insurance arrangements please proceed to complete the booking form which we have sent to you by email, fax or post.

Then proceed making a deposit by bank transfer (details on the booking form) and sending us the signed and completed booking form.

On receipt of your booking and deposit we will send you confirmation and the date by which we need to receive the final balance payment for your holiday (8 weeks prior to your arrival date).

Once payment has been made we will send you confirmation and details of our meeting point at the airport.
